Discount Tire

Bought tires from here in March, its now July and my tire was continuously going low so I took it back to them for a flat repair and tire rotation, thought everything was good till the next tire is flat flat. So book another appointment with them and they tell my husband my tire isnt leaking, I need a new rim since its rusty 🙄 my rim looks fine no rust from the front that I can see. They wanted me to spend $350 on a new rim. I decided to get a second opinion and went to TW tire and they were amazing! My rim is fine! I had a staple in my tire that discount missed 2x! Theyre always just trying to sell you something.

Great place to get tires. However if one tire continues to go flat it is now my fault. He became argumentative as soon as I walked in the door. Grow up. Dude.

i love our local Hamilton Blvd Discount Tire staff!! 🫶 i just bought my 2nd set of four new tires from them a couple months ago and have had many wonderful interactions and easy servicing over the past several years. i’ve NEVER had an issue. this is my 2nd 5 star review bcuz they went above and beyond for me again just in the past 24 hours. i stopped in after 6pm (after closing) 7/2 with urgent need to schedule an appointment for the next day if possible, as i just had a rear tire blow out 10 mins before. my receipt says Dioni L so i believe this is who helped me - he was very upbeat and his helpful attitude eased my mind. he checked stock and put in an order for the tire. next day 7/3 they put my spare on and the tire came in later- it was SO fast! they called me past closing time again to ask if i could come in to get it put on - i said yes! all the guys that i spoke to were very friendly, as they ALWAYS are. they took care of me right before busy July 4th holiday like it was nothing- so quickly and professionally. get the warranty ppl, it will save you! i paid just $30 to renew the warranty to stay protected and was on my way. 😁 my only regret is not asking all their names so i

I had a very good experience at this shop. It is one of the best places for car alignment in the area. The staff are very polite, professional, and helpful. I brought my 2006 Toyota Avalon for a wheel alignment, and they did the job very professionally. After the alignment, the traction control and VSC lights came on. I went back to the shop, and they immediately helped me fix the issue. They resolved the problem quickly and did not charge me anything for it. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service. It shows that they care about their customers and stand behind their work. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs car alignment or other car services. They truly know what they are doing.
